Ollie J. """"O. J."""" Moran, age 62 and a resident of Kiln, MS, died Friday, December 12, 2008, in Gulfport.
Mr. Moran was born October 21, 1946, in Bay St. Louis, and was a lifelong resident of the Coast. He was a Catholic and served in the U. S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Moran was preceded in death by his parents, Lucille and Ollie J. Moran, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne M. Moran of Kiln; children, Lamar Fredrick, Jr., (Charlene) of Pass Christian; Guy Dennis (Dianne) of Dayton, Ohio; Thresia Lucille Cohen (Robert) of Richton; Lillian Rester (Bert) of Kiln; Lila Necaise (Vincent) of Kiln; and Lisa Ladner (Freddie) of Pass Christian; sister, Sheryl Glasel (Tom) of Kenosha, WI; and 17 grandchildren. He will be sadly missed also by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln-DeLisle Road, Pass Christian on Wednesday, December 17, 2008, from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery at Rotten Bayou.
