Olivia """"Granny"""" Lassabe, age 99, of Pass Christian, passed away on August 9, 2009, in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Lassabe; a son, Roy C. Lassabe; her parents, Emile Zeitvogel and Anesia Niolet Zeitvogel; three sisters, Amelia Peterson, Nazie Ladner, and Gudi Saucier; and two grandchildren, """"Chuckie"""" Lassabe and Anita Holliman.
She is survived by her children, Curtis E. Lassabe and his wife, Bonnie, Justin V. Lassabe, Sr and Sylvia, Mary C. Carver and her husband, Edward, and Thomas Wayne Lassabe and Debbie, all of Pass Christian; seventeen grandchildren; thirty one great grandchildren; and fifteen great great grandchildren.
She was of the Catholic faith. She loved fishing, camping, and her family and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at 3:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, where family and friends may visit from Noon until service time. Burial will follow at Conn Cemetery.
