It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, Norma Collins Davis on March 27, 2023.  Norma was born  in Pass Christian, MS in 1930 to Arthur Ray Collins and Blanche Davion Collins. She lived in Pass Christian until her marriage in August of 1951. Growing up she loved spending time with her extended Collins family.

She was preceded in death by her parents (Blanche and Ray Collins), her brother (Jimmy Ray Collins), her husband (A. Burt Davis, Jr.), and her daughter (Cheri Davis).

She is survived by her daughter Becki Shoemake (Tommy), her son Buddy Davis(Alicia), grandchildren: Nathan Shoemake(Angie), Aimee Adair(Carl), Dustin Hoefling, Kristen Pike(Ronnie), and Dalton Davis, great-grandchildren: Tyler Adair, Holt Adair, Addie Shoemake, Gigi Shoemake, Brinley Pike, Teagan Pike, and Savannah Pike.

Norma was a homemaker. She loved playing bridge, or any kind of cards, reading, and gardening.  She lived throughout the United States and loved to travel within the US and internationally.

We have lost someone who loved us unconditionally and whom we truly loved our entire lives.  Life with mom, Normee, Norma was never boring and frequently amusing.  We hope you are now playing cards, snacking on peanut butter cups and drinking caffeine free diet coke.  Because you were such a fashionista, we know you are observing and critiquing the clothing and shoe choices of your fellow angels.  We (your family) have gained the toughest guardian angel yet-so good luck everyone else.

Friends are invited to join the family for visitation and services on Saturday, June 10th, at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach, MS. Visitation will be from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m., with the Service at 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Davis will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Live Oak Cemetery in Pass Christian.
