Nona Amos, age 47, and a lifelong resident of Gulfport, died on Monday, September 22, 2008 in Gulfport. Nona was a graduate of Gulfport East High School, and she was retired from Donald Rafferty Law Firm.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Darwin R. Amos and Winona """"Nootsie"""" Henslee Amos; and her brother, Daryl T. Amos. Survivors include her brothers, Gray G. Amos and Dana D. Amos (Anita) and her niece Marie Amos.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29, 2008 from 5pm to 6pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport. The funeral service will follow at 6pm in the funeral home chapel.
