Mrs. Nettie W. Woodruff, 94, of Gulfport, passed away Tuesday, November 04, 2008, in Oak Ridge, TN.
Mrs. Woodruff was a native of Fayette, MS; she had lived in Gulfport for 39 years. She was a retired office worker and mortgage loan processor. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Gulfport and the Gulf Coast Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Joseph Woodruff. Survivors include her sons, Charles Joseph Woodruff, Jr. and wife Lois; and William Robert Woodruff and wife Gail; her grandchildren, Angela Pirkle and husband Jake, Michael Woodruff and wife Amanda, and Jonathan Woodruff; great granddaughters Virginia and Isabella Pirkle.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 6, 2008, at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11213 Hwy 49, Three Rivers Rd. Gulfport, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Burial will be at Lakewood Memorial Park in Jackson, MS.
The family prefers memorial to Palmer Home for Children, 912 11th Avenue South, Columbus, MS 39701 or Westminster Presbyterian Church, 505 Lawson Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39507.
