Nettie Broome

Nettie Lee Broome, age 103, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2018, in Forida.
Nettie Broome (nee Graham) was married 62 years to James M. Broome (deceased) and they had 2 children, a son, James David Broome, South Florida, and a daughter, Jeanette Starr (deceased); 4 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was a resident of the MS Gulf Coast since 1946 and was a 50 year member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Handsboro Baptist Church.  She served as a tour guide at Beauvoir and also worked in the gift shop for many years.
Nettie Lee Broome will be remembered as a true friend willing to help others.  She is now with the Lord for ever and ever.
A graveside service will be at 3 pm on Monday, July 16, 2018, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
