Nelson Tew, Jr., 67, of Gulfport, died January 5, 2009 in Gulfport.
Mr. Tew was a native of Natchez and was a member of Gateway United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson Sr. and Inez Tew and his daughter, Melissa. Survivors include his three sons, James Tew of Kentwood, LA, Robert Tew of Gulfport, and Joel Tew (Christi) of Karnack, TX; brother, Windell Tew (Gail) of Natchez; and four grandchildren, Rebecca Tew Dickson (Daniel) of Westwego, LA, and Jordan, Dalton, and Emma Tew, all of Karnack, TX.
