She was born in Kentwood, LA on November 7th, 1923. She was a devoted wife and mother, who also gave herself wholly to the service of the Lord. She had an incredible gift of teaching & working with children. She loved people. She took every opportunity to volunteer for church and charity; with a special love for the elderly. Even in her last years as a resident of Dunbar Village, she had a tremendous impact on those who knew her.
We wish to express our deepest thanks to the staff at Dunbar Village for their loving care of our mother, and to Gentiva Hospice as well. Memorial service to be held at a later date.
