Myrtle Harvey Jordan, age 97, of Gulfport passed away on March 7, 2012 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James F. and Maybelle Harvey; her husband, Marvin Jordan; a daughter, Faye DiCrosta; and a son-in-Law, Tom Carvin.
She is survived by her children, Jerry (Barbara) Jordan of North Carolina, Brenda (Gary) Skiff of Washington State, Rose Carvin , Joan (O.T.) Miller, Rita (Ronald) Hoda, Beverly (Frank) Russell and Debbie (Jeff) Gertz, all of Gulfport, MS; her grandchildren, Greg Cantanzaro, Vicki Bell, Robin Tucci, Faye DiCrosta, Mike Jordan, Darla Jordan, Brad Skiff, Kim Kellogg, Jeff Carvin, Tara Deters, Benjamin Carvin, Marvin Bollinger, Michelle Courtenay, Anthony Russell, Jennifer Russell, Aaron Gertz, Lori Gunderlock, Kelli Johnson, Matt Gertz, and Amy DeFazio; 30 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and her sister-in-law, Peggy Harvey of Gulfport.
Myrtle was a member of Grace Chapel Church.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church, Mt. Olive, MS. Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Mt. Olive.
