Muriel Andry

Muriel H. Andry, age 83, of Gonzales, LA., former resident of Bay St. Louis, MS., died, September 17, 2007 at Our Lady of the Lake hospital, Baton Rouge, LA.
Mrs. Andry was born January 31, 1924 in Oneida, NY. She was the daughter of Charles and Edna Martin Hauger. She graduated from Oneida High and married Hilaire A. Andry, Sr.(now deceased) at St. Patrick Church in Oneida, NY.
Mrs. Andry worked for 33 years for the Federal Government for the Department of Agriculture in New Orleans and the the Department of Defense US Navy-Navy Oceanographic Office, NASA, Bay St. Louis, MS. She was a member of St. Patrick Church, Oneida, NY, Our Lady of Prompt Succor, Chalmette, LA and of Our Lady of the Gulf, Bay St. Louis, MS.
Mrs. Andry is preceded in death by her oldest son Hilaire A. Andy, Jr., who died in Vietnam.
She is survived by two daughters and three sons, Sharon A. Walters of Gonzales, Muriel A. """"Jo"""" Lauff of Gonzales, Charles M. Andry and wife Robin of Loranger, Don R. Andry and wife Donna of Hammond, and Jack V. Andry and wife Denise of Bay St. Louis, MS; twelve grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and 4 nieces.
Mrs. Andry's wishes were to be laid to rest with her eldest son Hilaire at the Garden of Memory Cemetery in Metairie, LA.
Graveside service will be held Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Garden of Memories, 4900 Airline Drive, New Orleans, LA. The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11213 Hwy 49 is in charge of arrangements, and an online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com.
