Mona earned her Bachelor's degree from the University for Women, a stepping stone that paved the way for her fulfilling career at Gulfport Memorial Hospital, where she devoted herself to advancing the wellbeing of countless patients before her well-earned retirement. Her commitment to her profession was evident in every interaction, as she inspired others to lead healthier lives through her expertise and enthusiastic spirit.
Mona was a loving mother to her two sons, Joseph and Brandon Anderson, who cherished her wisdom and guidance. She also leaves behind a wonderful legacy in her grandchildren: Ethan, Jacob, Charles, Lily, Natalie, Jolie, and Cassius Anderson, all of whom brought immeasurable joy to her life.
She is survived by her sister, Diane Toth, and her brother, Gordon Teats, with whom she shared many fond memories and unbreakable bonds. Mona will be dearly remembered not only for her professional achievements but also for her compassionate nature and the love she bestowed upon her family.
