Mildred Wikstrand, age 95, and a resident of Mobile, AL, died Friday, August 15, 2008 in Mobile.
A native and long time resident of Gulfport, MS, Mrs. Wikstrand was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church in Gulfport. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and was a loving mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Evert Wikstrand; sister, Louise Kilbourne; brothers, Hugh F. Pulliam and John James Pulliam, Jr.; and her parents, John and Sadie Pulliam.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Alice Wood and husband Don; granddaughters, Alice Klemashevich and husband Jim, Rebecca Todd and husband Jeff, Cynthia Chapman, and Diane Crawley and husband David; and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to visit from 1:00 p.m. until service at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 18, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Rd., in Biloxi. Interment will follow in Coalville Cemetery.
