Mildred Elizabeth Phillips, 73, of Wiggins, passed away on September 29, 2012.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest and Dorothy Lee Phillips, and her brother, Buford Phillips.
She is survived by her uncle, Bob Jermyn; cousins, Mary Louise Minchew, and Tom and Linda Jermyn. She is also survived by many loving caregivers and friends at South MS Regional Center's Wiggins Community Home. They were her family for the past 16 years.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
