Mildred "Millie" Pittman

Mildred “Millie” Pittman, 85 of Gulfport, MS passed away on October 18, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on October 20, 1937 in Shreveport, LA to the late Robert & Elanor Magner.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Earl Pittman; and two sisters, Kay and Sharon.

Millie enjoyed going to church. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir.  She and her husband loved traveling in their motor home and traveled all over.  Millie enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be missed by all who knew her.

Millie is survived by her daughters, Betty (David) Lee, and Tracy (Alan) Corrick; and sister, Pat Magner.  Millie also leaves behind, to cherish her memory, 6 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of friends and extended family.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at the Riemann Family Funeral Home – Gulfport (11280 Three Rivers Road).  Her funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the Riemann Funeral Home Chapel- Gulfport with burial to follow in Floral Hills Cemetery.
