Mildred Yancey Boyett, age 89, a resident of Woolmarket, MS passed away Friday, January 25, 2008 in Gulfport, MS.
Mrs. Boyett was a resident of the Gulf Coast for most of her life. She was a member of Woolmarket Baptist Church and Young at Heart. She enjoyed gardening and flowers.
Mrs. Boyett was preceded in death by her husband Elgin Boyett, five brothers, Herman, Buford, Jasper, Mark and Charlie Yancey; and two sisters, Ruth Willbanks and Frances Hopper.
Survivors include her children, Charles (Linda) Boyett of Woolmarket and Betty Jo (M.L.) Faler of Pine Bluff, AR.; her sister Agnes Moore Ball (Cliff) of Ocean Springs, three grandchildren, Nikki Ferren (Steve) of Pine Bluff, AR, Monty Faler of Denver, CO, Darlinda Boyett-Campbell (Scott) of Woolmarket; six great-grandchildren, Michael Ferren, Sara Ferren, Katie Ferren, Justin Still, Justin Campbell, Scotty Campbell; and one great-great grandchild, Austin Still.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 27, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd. Chapel, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at Woolmarket Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Coalville Cemetery in Woolmarket, MS.
