Michael Peterson II

Michael Joseph Peterson, II passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020, in Bay St. Louis, MS. He was preceded in death by his father Michael Joseph Peterson. He is survived by his mother Mary Dedeaux, his wife Mary Antoinette Peterson and his children, Jimmy Corkern, Dakota Peterson, Savannah Grass and Adriana Grass and his 6 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Deanna Peterson and Michelle Bennett and his sister-in-laws Carolyn Hosty (Damon), Chris Meyers (Timmy) and brother-in-law Robert Charles Corkern (Natalie) and his godchildren Graedyn, Landyn, Ryder and Roman and also a host of nieces and nephews. He was known as Popeye to his godchildren and enjoyed spending time with his family and his lil buddy Callen and his princess Roselyn. He retired from the Hancock County Sheriffs Department.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside Service on Monday, October 12, 2020 at 11:00 am in the Waveland Cemetery.
