Melvin Bubba """" Hebert

d. November 9, 2008

Melvin J. """"Bubba"""" Hebert, Jr., 47, and a resident of Kiln, passed away Sunday, November 9, 2008.
He was preceded in death by his best friend and father, Melvin J. Hebert, Sr,.
Bubba was the beloved son of Anita Hebert and the brother of Debbie Moran (Clyde), Trudy Cuevas (Gary), Cindy Havard (Mitchell), Pat Ladner (Wade), and Anne Ladner (Neal). He also leaves behind many broken hearted nieces, nephews and a multitude of friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
If Bubba had any faults, it was that he was too good for his own good. This was a known fact by all that knew him. This is one of the many examples he set for the younger members of the family.
Melvin (Bubba) went to work offshore, following his fatheraÌ‚â‚â„¢s footsteps the day after he graduated from high school in 1981. After his fatheraÌ‚â‚â„¢s death, he became the manager of the family farm. He loved the farm but most of all, he loved his Corvette and riding his Harley.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 1:00 PM at the St. Matthews Catholic Church, White Cypress, where friends may visit from 11:00 AM until service time. Burial will be next to his Dad at Mel-A-Nita Cemetery on the family farm.
RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd, Pass Christian, is in charge of arrangements.
