Melinda Diane McGill

Melinda Williams McGill, age 34, of Long Beach, MS., died on Sunday, July 14, 2013 in Memphis, TN.
Mrs. McGill was born on January 5, 1979 in Memphis, TN. She had strong family roots in the northeastern part of MS where she grew up. She later moved to the Gulf Coast where she graduated from Long Beach High School in 1997. She was employed at Dad's Super Pawn where she worked alongside the love of her life, Jeff.
She will always be remembered for her infamous smile, incredible eyes, sense of humor, loving personality and her extremely big heart. Melinda was a beloved wife, mother, stepmother, daughter, sister, granddaughter and aunt. She valued her family above all else in her life.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Billy Williams of Victoria, MS; Joe Wells Clark of Holly Strings, MS and Mary F. Wilkerson of Hickory Flat, MS.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff McGill; two sons, Kaleb Andersen and Brooks McGill; stepdaughter, Taegan Thomas; stepson, Kohen Jenkins McGill; mother, Sherri Clark Smith of Gulfport; father, Charles (Randy)Williams and his wife Denita of Victoria, MS; sister, Kim Williams Mobley of South Haven, MS; brother, Timothy Clark Williams and grandmother ""Nana"" Ouida Ash Williams, of Victoria, MS. She also had several nieces and nephews that knew her as Aunt Lulu.
Melinda managed to capture many hearts, and will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Friends are invited to a visitation with the family from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday, July 20, 2013 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach, MS.
Immediately following services at the funeral home, a graveside service will be held at Long Beach City Cemetery
