Melany Stewart

Melany Pigott Stewart, age 61 of Picayune, passed away on Saturday, November 23, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her father, Darriell T. Pigott; and her grandparents, J.P. and Nancy Pigott and Mack and Lula Spiers.

Melany is survived by her mother, Trella Pigott Bryant; her children, Keri Turner (Cory) of Gonzales, Sean Flinn of Slidell, and Tony Fisher of Colorado; her grandchildren, Elijah Turner, Ezra Turner, Emry Turner, Evangeline Turner, Elise Turner, and Drake Flinn; her siblings, Terrie Hilbun (Keith) of Alabama and Tom Pigott (Jeanne) of Erath, LA; and countless lifelong friends.

Her favorite things in life included fishing, being outdoors, and doing artwork.  This “Country Girl” and her sweet personality will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

There will be a Private Graveside Service at a later date.
