Maxine "Jeanette" Ross

Maxine “Jeanette” Ross, beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, peacefully passed away on June 20, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on September 23, 1969, in Biloxi, Mississippi, Jeanette lived a life filled with kindness, resilience, and unwavering faith.

Jeanette is survived by her husband, David Ross, of 36 years; her parents, Bizer and Evelyn Carroll; sister, Victoria (Richard) Keleher and in laws, Jeff Ross and Lonnie and Lisa Suarez; nieces and nephews include Jacqueline (Taylor) Herring and Wesley Keleher, Emily Suarez, Austin Suarez and Michael (Kristen) Suarez, Jeffrey Ross and Rowan Ross; and Jeanette was also preceded in death by her beloved nephew, Aaron Keleher.

Many other special family members and close friends share precious memories of Jeanette.

Jeanette was a devoted wife supporting David throughout many years of coaching, teaching and golfing. In return, David loving stayed by Jeanette’s side throughout her many years of illnesses. Their love for each other was evident and unshakeable. 

Jeanette enjoyed family gatherings, cooking with her mother and listening to her father as he prayed and shared the word of God. Jeanette also spent time working with children at various preschools and St. Martin North Elementary. 

David would like to thank the many doctors, nurses and health care providers that helped Jeanette throughout her journey. Most of all, we all thank our Heavenly Father for the days we all shared with Jeanette here on earth. We know Jeanette is whole again and eternally worshiping along with the angels and family members that have gone on before us.

Please keep the family and friends of Jeanette in your prayers as they privately mourn their loss while celebrating the memories forever etched in their hearts.
