Maurice "Lamar" Necaise, Sr., age 79, of Kiln, passed away on September 29, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Floren Joseph Necaise and Elder Josephine Shiyou Necaise; a daughter, Gidget Ann Necaise; siblings, Everette Necaise, Laverne Necaise, Bernice Necaise, Doris Necaise, Douglas Necaise, and 2 infant sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Lennette Moran Necaise; Vickie Lennette Necaise Walsh of Kiln, Janet Gayle Necaise Peterson and husband Eric, Cordova, TN, and Maurice Lamar Necaise, II and his wife Stacey of Kiln; his siblings, Etha Mae Necaise Haro, Myra Necaise Peterson, Charles Necaise, and Helen Necaise Jones; 7 grandchildren, Alison Lennette Nunez (Louis IV), Alvin Joseph Walsh, III (Stephanie), Jessica Peterson Bittenbender (Eric), Presley Stiglets Casto (Chris), Shelby Stiglets, Raygan Lamar Necaise, and Reece Lane Necaise; 5 great-grandchildren , Kadence Ladner, Isabella Ladner, Gracie Nunez, Jaylee DesHotel, and Masen Bittenbender; and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Necaise retired from Taber Metals in Gulfport where he worked in the Extruded Aluminum Industry and he enjoyed gardening and fishing.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, from 6 - 9 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 am Thursday at Annunciation Catholic Church where friends may visit from 9 - 10 am. Interment will be in Alphonse Malley Memorial Cemetery.
