Mary Catherine "Cathy" Wagner, age 72, of Biloxi, passed away on January 11, 2021. Cathy was born to David and Mary Tadlock Mangum and was a lifelong resident of the coast. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Barbara Jean Richardson. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, A.J. Wagner; her children, Anthony J. Wagner (Melanie), Michelle Boudreaux (Marcus); 5 grandchildren, Lauren and Caitlin Wagner, Ashton, McKenzie, and Adalyn Boudreaux; 2 great-grandchildren, Easton Wagner and Lorelai Necaise; sister, Carol Barnes; her niece whom Cathy thought of as her sister, Terri Burnham; a nephew she raised as her own, Johnny Michael; and a host of extended family members. Cathy had a genuine love for life and family. She was a kind woman, saw the best in others, and never met a stranger. She had a magical quality about her that allowed her to instantly connect with anyone that she met in life. She loved to laugh, smile, enjoy family, and banter with the love of her life. Her yard was her masterpiece and she took great pride in her flowers and garden. Her favorite pastimes included gardening, jewelry making, porch sitting, coffee drinking, and visiting with family. While she had many passions in life, her most passionate roles were that of wife, mother, and grandmother. Her infectious smile, zeal for life and loving demeanor will be forever missed. Funeral ceremonies will be private and friends are invited to join the family at the graveside ceremony at 3:30 pm at White Plains Cemetery on Friday, January 15, 2021.
