Mary Janet Mauffray, of Kiln, MS, age 60, took her journey to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on May 10, 2020.  She was born in Gulfport to Woodrow and Wilda Mauffray on May 30, 1959.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Harlan Mauffray, Michael “Mickey” Mauffray, Kathy Ashford, John Mauffray and Paul Mauffray.

She is survived by her siblings, Sylvia Hardy, Randall Mauffray, Garvin Mauffray, Woodrow  “Woody” Mauffray, Sandra Edwards, Thomas  “Tommy” Mauffray, Gerard Mauffray,  Mary Jean Jackson, and David Mauffray; many nieces and nephews; and caregiver and best friend, Linda Faye Bria.

Janet was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

She gave the biggest hugs and loved her family more than anything. She had the biggest smile and best laugh. Janet enjoyed listening to her music, playing online slot machines, shredding paper, spending time with “Mamma Sandra” and Howard, and she loved her birthday more than anyone.
