Mary Golbski

Mary Golbski, age 72, of Long Beach, passed away on December 6, 2011 in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Golbski; her parents, Frank and Pearl Ruhr; and a son, John Hancock Golbski.
She is survived by her children, Christine Guillotte (Michael) of Long Beach, Edward Golbski, Jr, Loria Schick, and Terri James; seven grandchildren, Patrick James, Angela James, Stewart Golbski, Susan Golbski, Ian Meyer, Rachel Meyer, and Sean Guillotte; great grandchildren, and two longtime friends, Wita Wilcox and Hazel Johnson.
An avid reader, she instilled her love for books in children. Those who met her, loved her. Mary was a compassionate, understanding person. Always proper, she spoke the Queen's English.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach with a visitation from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens, Long Beach.
