Mary Bain Clements passed away peacefully on February 28th at the age of 67 in her home in Diamondhead, Mississippi.
Born in Washington, D.C., Mary was adopted by two loving parents, Helen and Byford Bain. She will be missed by her son Christopher, her daughter-in-law Allison, and her granddaughter Helen, who was named after Mary's mother. Mary will also be missed by her cherished friend and cousin, Phil Steward, whose father's name became her son's middle name - Garland.
Among Mary's closest friends were Glenn Clements and his sister Debbie Lacoste. Mary and Glenn were once joined by marriage and always joined by love. She also leaves behind many dear friends in Diamondhead, all of whom meant so much to her.
Mary's son and his family, living in Maynard, Massachusetts, mourn the loss of a loving mother, mother-in-law and devoted grandmother. The family is honored to memorialize Mary with a small service at their home in Maynard to celebrate the life of someone whom we loved, and who loved us all dearly.
Mary held a special place in her heart for her pets and for all animals. To help a pet find a forever home, the family suggests a donation to The Humane Society of South Mississippi, 2615 25th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39503.
The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian, is serving the family and an online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com
