Helen B. Butler, age 88, of Long Beach, passed away on January 2, 2019.
She was born in Jones County, MS, to Barney Bunch and Effie Autry Bunch.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother and stepfather, Eugene Butler; and a son, Glynn Butler.
She is survived by her children, Alete Duprey of Long Beach and Mike Butler of Monroe, LA; sister, Gladys McCardle of Ovett, MS; grandchildren, Andrea Wilkie of Luling, LA, Jason Carroll of Brandon, MS, Valerie Daniel of Monroe, LA, and Lacey Hill of Mandeville, LA; and 9 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date in Baskin, LA, at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
