Mary Lou Rouse Adams

Mary Lou Rouse Adams, age 82, of Gulfport, passed away on November 20, 2015.
She graduated from Gulfport High School and the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Home Economics. Mary Lou worked as a receptionist at Riemann Family Funeral Homes for many years and she was always the epitome of a ""Southern Belle!""
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Cassie Rouse, her former husband, Walter Murray Adams, Jr., and a sister, Eleanor Rouse Jackson.
She is survived by her daughter and caregiver, Cathi Adams Gray, 3 sons, Walter (Debby) Adams, Boyce (Donna) Adams, and Larry Adams, a brother, Lawrence M. Rouse, Jr., 8 grandchildren, Jeff Gray, Theresa Gray, Boyce Elkin Adams, Jr., Jennifer Rose Adams, Mark Adams, Lauren (Sean) Eaton, Emily Adams, and Barrett Adams, and 1 great-grandchild, Emryn Aurora Gray, and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, from 10 - 11 am at the RIIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A Prayer Service will be held at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
