Marvin Joseph Rabalais Jr.

Marvin Joseph Rabalais, Jr., age 67, passed away on November 6, 2024 in Pearlington, MS. He was born in New Orleans, LA to Marvin Joseph Rabalais and Deanna Gail Delaney in 1957 and attended Abramson High School. He enlisted in the US Navy on his 17th birthday, serving 3 years, mostly while deployed on the USS Dale. In 1977 he received an honorable discharge as a Vietnam War Era veteran with a National Defense Service Medal. 

He worked with his brother Danny Rabalais repairing fiberglass boats, and had been a resident of Pearlington since Hurricane Katrina in 2005. 

He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Joseph Rabalais. 

He is survived by his mother Deanna Delaney of New Orleans; brother Daniel Rabalais of Fulson, LA; sister, Donna Antonatos of Colorado; one niece, Rachel Rabalais and one nephew, Eric Garrod.
