Marvin Lott

Marvin Bolton Lott, age 86, a resident of 3400 St. Anthony, New Orleans, LA, passed away at Sanctuary At Passages Hospice in New Orleans on Thursday October 25, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Peter Lott and Lettie Byrd Lott;  eight brothers, Harlles Lott, Noris Stanley Lott, James Lott, Finnis Lott, Alvin Lott, Virgil Lott, Hartsell Lott, and Tresser Lott; three sisters, Louise Saucier, Virginia Brown and Clare Gregoric; a grandson, Joseph Lott; and granddaughter, Jennifer Blackwell.
He is survived by his sister, Gladys McGinnis of Woolmarket, MS;  four sons, Marvin Stanley Lott of New Orleans, LA, Robert Lott of Shreveport, LA, Odis Hudson of Shreveport, LA, and David Hudson of Biloxi, MS; three daughters, April Hullett of Mountain Home, AR, Debrah Chadwick of Bossier City, LA, and Rebecca Blackwell of Shreveport, LA; 16 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Born on May 3, 1932 in McHenry, MS, he retired as a welder/ship fitter. Marvin was also a member of Faith Temple Church of God in Avondale, LA.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday October 30, 2018 at 3PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport , with a visitation for family and friends from 2PM until the service. Burial will be at Coalville Cemetery.
