Martha Jean Mallette, age 68, of Vancleave, died Friday, November 23, 2007 in Ocean Springs.
Mrs. Mallette was a life long resident of the coast. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Vancleave, the Ft. Bayou Homemakers Club, the Jackson County Fair Board, the Lions Club, and the MS Cowbelles Association where she served as president.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad M. Mallette, a son, Kyle M. Mallette, her parents, William A., Sr. and Althea L. Saucier, and a brother, William A. """"Dub"""" Saucier.
Survivors include her children, Connie Sajwaj, Stacey Strickland, Ken Mallette, Toni Horne, Lynn Jurisich, Cyndi Mallette, and Brandy Davis; a brother, Dr. Kevin Scott Saucier; 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday, November 26, 2007 from 9-11 am at the First Baptist Church, Vancleave, 12513 Hwy 57. The funeral service will be at 11 am in the church sanctuary.
Interment will be in Vancleave Cemetery.
