Martha Bess Eaton

Martha Bess Eaton, age 75 former resident of Ocean Springs, MS, died Thursday January 19, 2012 in Lake Charles, LA.
She was born in Washington D.C. where she received a B.A. in Medical Technology. She married Frank Eaton whose career in the U.S. Air Force took them all over the United States. They moved to Ocean Springs in 1972 where they made their home. Martha was employed at Biloxi Regional Medical Center as a medical technologist beginning in the 1970's until her retirement in 2001. She was one of the original members of St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic Church in Ocean Springs, MS.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Eaton of 48 years and her parents Edward & Ruth Ann Moynihan of Washington D.C. She is survived by her daughters and family: Roberta (Russell) Humphrey of Cape Girardeau, MO; Ruth (Robert) Overstreet of Lake Charles, LA; Martha (Dave) Graham of Fall City, WA; and Kathy (Danny) Winans of Ocean Springs, MS. Also, five grandchildren: Melissa (Overstreet) Cormier, Daniel Overstreet, Danielle Winans, Ashley Winans, Mitchell Humphrey, and one great grandchild: Jackson Cormier.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 16, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, please make donations to St. Vincent DePaul Pharmacy, P.O. Box 1228, Biloxi, MS 39533.
