Martha Ann Chancellor

Martha Ann Chancellor, age 71 and a resident of Gulfport, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 4, 2012, in Gulfport.
Mrs. Chancellor was a member of Peace Baptist Church in Gulfport.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leroy Powell; her mother, Lena Powell; her brothers, Roy D. Powell, William H. Powell, and Elson R. Powell and her sister, Christine Louk.
Mrs. Chancellor is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 53 years, Ernest A. Chancellor of Gulfport; her children, Steven M. Chancellor, Sr., and his wife Phyllis P. of Heidelberg, Virginia A. (Ginger) Tucker and her husband Jerry J. of Clarksville, TN and Sharon M. (Sherry) Chancellor of Biloxi; her siblings, Hollis F. Powell of Houston, TX, Bill L. Powell of Biloxi, Tommy E. Powell of Soso, Jeanette Green of Gulfport, Betty Sue Holland of Gautier, and Mary M. Parker of Soso; her grandchildren, Michael W. Hickson of Tempe, AZ, Amber W. Wilson of Lyman, Steven M. Chancellor, Jr. of Sandersville, Christine N. Malone of Clarksville, TN, and Corey J. Tucker of Tampa, FL and her great grandchildren, Christopher D. Wilson of Lyman, Carissa D. Wilson of Lyman, Kaylee I. Chancellor of Sandersville, and Browning G. Chancellor of Sandersville.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 6pm-8pm at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 10am in the funeral home chapel. Entombment will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff of ward 3B at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport for their kindness and love shown to their family.
