Marsha Thrasher

Marsha Dee Lofland Thrasher, age 71, passed away May 28, 2022, from pancreatic cancer, at home with her family at her bedside.

She was born April 14, 1951. Marsha was a loving mother and devoted wife who loved children and animals. She graduated from the first graduating class of 1970 from Huntington North High School, in Huntington, Indiana. Marsha was an employee at Wabash Magnetics and the co-owner of Thrasher, Inc. She retired in Gulfport, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Alma Lofland; sister, Sheila Rae Wall; and son, Christopher James Thrasher.

Marsha is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, James Alan Thrasher; children, Douglas A. Thrasher (Julia), Amy Thrasher, and Vada Thrasher; siblings, Sharon Lofland, Yvette (Lynn) Walter, Leslie Foust, Tyler (Lorraine) Lofland, and Kirk (Patricia) Lofland.

Riemann Family Funeral Home, Gulfport, is serving the family.
