Marlena "Pee Wee" Moore

Our beloved Mother and Nana, Marlena Mae Moore “PeeWee” born on June 25, 1965, peacefully passed away on February 26, 2025.  

PeeWee was preceded in death by her brother, Lloyd Joseph Stapleton; her parents, Floyd and Margie Stapleton; her grandmother, Merlena Necaise; and a special uncle, Ike Stapleton.  

PeeWee was the heart of our home and family. She was married to her beloved husband, Jack Moore Sr for 43 years. She had six children, Angela (Buddy) Saucier, Jack Moore Jr., Megan (Jimmy) Foster, Justin Moore, Katlyn Moore, and Lynn (Donald) Brown. She had 15 grandchildren, Kelly (Al) Lowe, Tanya Cecil, Chelsea (Jerriod) Paige, Roger (Kira) Brown, Kevin Brown, Makayla Moore, Karsen Moore, Violet Saucier, Baileigh Moore, Addison Mae Foster, Harper Saucier, Easton Foster. She had 3 great grandchildren, Ryleigh Cecil, Rowan Paige, and Kai Brown. Her siblings include Debra (Charlie) Seal and Floyd (Brenda) Stapleton. She had numerous nieces and nephews that she helped raise like they were her children. She enjoyed shopping at the goodwill and generally spoiling all of her grand babies rotten. She was the heart and soul of our family, and she will be dearly missed. 

 Visitation will be on Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 9 – 11 am at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Rd, Long Beach. A prayer service will be held at 11 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery @ Rotten Bayou.

 PeeWee loved all and was a come as you are person. Feel free to be comfortable to celebrate her life.
