Marjorie Barras Dobson Thomson entered into eternal rest March 24, 2012. She was 85.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney Barras and Rita Percle Barras, two devoted husbands, Leon Dobson and Sidney Thomson, two sons, Gary Dobson and Sidney Dobson, her siblings Kate B. Adams, Helen B. Pujol, O'Neal J. Barras, Irene B. Neff Wilkes, Bessie B. Owen, and Godric B. Sutherland.
She leaves behind three siblings, Thelma B. Hoins, Percle B. Landry and Jerry Barras, two stepdaughters, Kay Wanker and Lynne McEvoy and many nieces and nephews who will all miss her dearly.
Service will be held Saturday, March 31st, 2012 at Holy Name Of Mary Church in Algiers, LA at 11:00 a.m. followed by a private interment.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Waveland Animal Shelter, 322 Gulf Side St., Waveland, MS 39576.
