Marion H. Lacy, age 83, died Saturday at home in Gulfport.
She was born in Danville, VA and has lived on the MS Gulf Coast since 1932. She was a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church, Gulfport and was a graduate of Orange Grove High School. Mrs. lacy was a retired cosmetologist.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Ashworth Coleman, her fther, Hugh H. Long, her husband, William Theo Lacy, Sr., and an infant son, William Ernest Lacy.
Survivors include her sister, Dolores (Jimmy) Byrd, her daughter, Valerie (David) Richardson, her son, William T. (Lisa) Lacy, Jr., her uncle, Howard Ashworth, 2 nieces, Trena (Paul) Smith and Janet (John) Erickson, her grandchildren, Joe Cawley, Robert (Rachel) Cawley, Shawn Saucier, Kimberly (Phillip) Roe, David (Michelle) Rollison, and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 - 10:30 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am in Evergreen Cemetery.
