Marilyn Mildred Necaise, age 74, of Kiln, went home to be with the Lord on May 21, 2017.
She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was an active member of St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church. Marilyn passionately enjoyed spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Renice and Leona Necaise, and her siblings, Darryl Necaise and Ruth Hoda.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Monroe "MJ" James Necaise; her children, Dean (Brenda) Necaise, Don Necaise, Kathy (Leslie) Hodge, Kendall (Donnette) Necaise, and Cecil (Kitzie) Necaise; her grandchildren, Jason Rhodes, Braxton Necaise, Ryan (Brittany) Necaise, Whitney (Brent) McCardle, Katie (Andrew Jake) Mladnich, Jessica (Alleya) Necaise, Tabitha (Brett) Griffin, Kendon Necaise, Nicholas Necaise, and Ryeann Necaise; her great-grandchildren, Mason McCardle, Aubree Mladnich, Bryer Griffin, Paisley McCardle, and Andrew Jake Mladnich, V; her siblings, Diane (Jimmy) Allen, Elaine (Ronald) Ladner, Michael (Rhonda) Necaise, Paul (Roxanne) Necaise, and Sandra Necaise; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 after 6 pm at St. Matthew Catholic Church, White Cypress community. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 am Wednesday in the church.
Interment will be in St. Matthew Cemetery.
