Marie Rigdon

Marie Taylor Rigdon, age 95, passed away on April 15, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Bertha Taylor; her husband, Ted Rigdon:   brothers, Cliff, Eugene, Morris, Ernest, and Bobby; her sister, Betty Little; and her daughter-in-law, Carolyn.

Marie is survived by her sons, David (Sue) and Ronnie; seven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, eight great-great- grandchildren, and a host of other dear friends made throughout her life.  Marie was a long-time and much beloved member of Handsboro Baptist Church.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. funeral service at the Riemann Family Funeral Home, 11280 Three Rivers Road in Gulfport.  Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Gulfport.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations in memory of Marie Rigdon to Handsboro Baptist Church, 1421 East Pass Road, Gulfport, MS  39507.
