Marie Craig Barrett, 83, of Gulfport, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, June 16, 2008.
Mrs. Barrett was a life-long resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd John Barrett, and her son, Dennis Malcolm Barrett.
Survivors include her daughter, Donna Barrett Meyers and husband, Wade of Gulfport; her son, Bert B. Barrett and wife, Pam of Pensacola, Florida; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
The funeral service will be at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11213 Hwy. 49 North in Gulfport, where friends may visit after 8:15 a.m. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach. You may view the guestbook at www.riemannfamily.com.
