Margaret Sullivan

On November 7th, 1949 God blessed this world when Margaret Helen Sullivan was born in Bogalusa, LA. She was born with beauty, grace, humility, selflessness, kindness to all, and giving to others. This was Margaret throughout her life until September 18th, 2021, when God called her back home.

She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Rachel; her mother, Ellen Rachel; her sisters, Carolyn Breshears and Marie Knight; her brother, Bruce Rachel; and her daughter, Terri Ellen Walker.

Margaret is survived by her daughters, Tina Faulkner (Thad Reeves) and Christy McAdams (Russ McAdams); her grandchildren, Katie Card Walker, Erik Walker, Ashton Faulkner, Michael Faulkner, Timothy Sullivan, Amy McAdams; and her sister-in-law, Carol Rachel.

She was known as momma, mawmaw, and a great friend to many.  She enjoyed working for the Harrison County School District at Bayou View Jr. High School cafeteria for over 20 years. It was there she made lifetime friendships but also loved being with the children. Margaret loved the Lord, sisters/brother, children, and her grandchildren had her heart.

She also enjoyed word puzzles, music, laughing, and cooking. Margaret, in our opinion, was the best cook in the world. Her food was not only delicious but made with a special ingredient. She always stated it was because it was made with love. The love was the added extra ingredient that can't be replaced.  Margaret was an angel to her family and as close to perfect as perfect could be in all opinions.  She is the best mother anyone could ever have and we are so blessed that God chose us to be her babies.  Words can not describe how much she is loved and will be missed everyday.  Margaret, Momma, Mawmaw will forever be in our hearts..
