Margaret Stockert

Margaret Janice Stockert, age 61, and a resident of Gulfport, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2009 in Gulfport.
Mrs. Stockert was preceded in death by her father, John Everett Brooks.
She is survived by her husband, Alden """"Al"""" Stockert, of Gulfport, her mother, Annette Glasscock, and her husband, Delbert, of Hope Hull, AL; her children, Joe Stockert, and his wife, Amy,of Mobile, AL, John Stockert, and his wife, Laura, James Stockert, and his wife, Carol, and Jeffery Stockert, and his wife, Kellie, all of Gulfport; her brothers, Kenneth Brooks and Bruce Brooks, both of Montgomery, AL, and Marvin Brooks and his wife, Debbie, of Prattville, AL; her sister, Linda Grantham, and her husband, Don, of Montgomery, AL; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Brandon, Miranda, Justin, Kaley, and Amber Stockert.
Janice was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Woolmarket. A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she was totally devoted to her family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2009 from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM at St. Mary Catholic Church, in Woolmarket. The Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM at the church. A graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
