Margaret "Mildred" Saal

Margaret ""Mildred"" Saal, 97, and a resident of Long Beach, passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2010, in Long Beach.
Mrs. Saal was born in Baltimore, MD, and was a resident of Long Beach for the past 21 years. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church.
Mrs. Saal was preceded in death by her parents, George and Catherine Schmidt; her husband, August Saal; and her granddaughter, Kathryn Anderson.
She is survived by her two daughters, Catherine Santoni of SC, and Joyce Delinski of Long Beach and husbands Albert and James; six grandchildren, Richard Santoni and spouse Linda of Michigan, Nina Zodtner and spouse Steven of PA, Philip Santoni and spouse Crista of NC, Chuck Anderson of TN, Peter Delinski of VA, and Stephen Delinski of Long Beach; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 5557 Daugherty Rd., Long Beach, on Tuesday, November 16, 2010, at 2:00 PM with visitation at the church one hour prior to Mass.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church Building Fund, P.O. 1529, Long Beach, MS 39560.
