Madie B. Case, 87, was called home by her Lord and Savior on July 2, 2022, surrounded by those who loved, cherished, and respected her, at the home she and her beloved late husband built together in Saucier, Ms.

She was born September 30, 1934, in Saucier, Ms.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph H. Case Sr., her parents; Benson and Madey Saucier, a son, George Pierce Brewer, grandsons, Cole Brewer and Frank E. Brewer, a great-grandson, Richard Craig lll, her sisters, Bernice Bowman, Curnis Jones; brothers, Lawrence Saucier, Sonny Boy Saucier, a brother-in-law, Ray Bond, a son-in-law, Lon Mantufel, and a stepson, Ralph H. Case Jr.

Madie is survived by her sons; Paul (Nancy) Brewer, Pierce Brewer, Frank (Donna) Brewer; her daughters, Wanda (Brad) Ladner, Mary (Johnny) Alexander, Jena Mantufel all of Saucier, Lisa (Earl) Ishee of Gulfport;  a stepdaughter, Cheryl Westerfield, Fuquay-Varuna, North Carolina;  a brother, Leamon (Carol) Saucier; a sister, Sadie Bond; a sister-in-law Deloris Saucier; her precious twenty-one grandchildren, fifty-one, great grandchildren, twelve great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews she loved dearly, and friends.

She was a charter member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was a Sunday School teacher and church clerk for many years. She retired a preschool teacher at GCCAA Head Start and worked as a Teacher Assistant at Harrison County School District.

She was a loving wife, a praying mother, best grandmother, a devoted sister, lovable aunt, and friend. She was a God-fearing woman who lived by faith and was a strong believer of her faith and trusted the Lord to answer her request in his timing. She loved to read her Bible, enjoyed singing, and playing with her great-grand babies, which was her daily routine until her health began to decline.

We would like to express our gratitude to Robin Hughes, for her services through Southern Living and her caregiver, Christina Laneaux.  Also, the staff at Traditional Health Hospice, especially her nurse, CiJi Watson.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am for immediate family and 11:00 am to 2:00 pm for the public at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 23146 US 49, Saucier. A funeral service will be after the visitation at 2:00 pm.

Interment at Wedgeworth Cemetery in Saucier, MS
