Madeline M. Centra, age 91, of D'Iberville, passed away on December 19, 2010 in Biloxi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Arcangelo and Theresa Centra; brothers, Angelo Centra and his wife, Maxine, Anthony B. Centra and his wife, Mary, Jimmy Centra, Samuel Centra,; sisters, Lucy Reano and her husband, Phillip, and Rose Teats; a sister in law, Josephine Centra; a brother in law, Steve DiMarco; and her fiance, Fred Forcey.
She is survived by her brother, Joseph Centra and his wife, Jesse, of Clearfield, PA; her sisters, Mary DiMarco of Marrero, LA and Anna Teats (Bruce) of D'Iberville; two sisters in law, Shirley Centra Gaiser of Olanta, PA and Dolly Centra of Clearfield, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed flowers and gardening, arts and crafts. A friendly and outgoing person, she loved cooking and being with her family and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, D'Iberville, MS where family and friends may visit from 10:00 AM until service time. The graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Westlawn Cemetery, Terrytown, LA
