Lydia ""Janice"" Meeks, 82, of Woodstock, GA and formerly of Gulfport, passed away Monday, July 11, 2011 in Woodstock, GA.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wesley Meeks; and her son, Frank Meeks.
Survivors include her son, James ""Jimmy"" Meeks of Woodstock, GA; and her sister, Margaret Morgan of Knoxville, TN.
Janice retired after working in the Insurance Business in Biloxi. She was a former member of Mississippi City United Methodist Church, and moved to Woodstock, GA in 2003.
The funeral service will be held Friday, July 15, 2011 at 10:00 am, with visitation for family and friends one hour prior, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi.
Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery.
