Luzelle Howard

Luzelle B. Howard, 85, of Gulfport, died peacefully, Saturday, June 5, 2010, at Canon Hospice.
She had been a member of First Baptist Church of Gulfport since 1950, and most recently attended services at Gulf Gardens Baptist Church. She was an accomplished seamstress, quilter, and crafter, as well as an avid gardener.
She was preceded in death by her spouse of 55 years, William T. Howard; her parents and 14 siblings.
She is survived by daughters, Eva Howard Williams-Kelsey (David), Centerville, Ohio, and Beverly Howard Eggers, Marietta, Georgia; granddaughters, Angela Williams, Dayton, Ohio, Jenifer Williams, Washington, D.C., and Tiffany Eggers, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida; sister-in-law, Maxine Gann Betts, Anniston, Alabama; and numerous nieces and nephews in Alabama and Tennessee, and many dear friends.
Funeral services celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2010, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Three Rivers Road, at 10 am, where friends may visit one hour before the service.
Interment at Evergreen Gardens will follow.
