Luther Harold Batttles passed away on January 1, 2010, in Gulfport, MS. He was born October 26, 1933, the son of Aden and Estelle Cowart Battles. Luther was a life long resident of Harrison County and a faithful member of Michael Memorial Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sister, Betty Taylor (Ray); nephews and nieces, Richard Taylor (Becky), Michael Taylor, Sr., Meg Taylor (Vickie); great nephews and nieces, Brittany Kyle (Chris), Jeremy Taylor, Michael Taylor, Jr. (Tammy), Rick Taylor (Monica), Steven Luther Taylor; great great nieces and nephews, Lauryn Davis, Alyssa Davis, Kaia Taylor, Gracie Taylor and Conner Favre.
Visitation will be held from 1pm-2pm at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport on Monday January 4, 2010. Service at 2pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Contributions to Michael Memorial Baptist Church.
