Lucia Wilson

Lucia Garcia Wilson, age 79, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on September 3, 2021.

She was preceded in death by 3 children, Richard Briseno, Julian Briseno, Jr., and Cynthia Briseno; and her parents, Teodoro Garcia and Emelina Garcia.

She is survived by her children, Nino Wilson (Diana), David Wilson, Mary Estella Serrano(Joe), and Wanda; siblings, Lupe Baker, Melba Pollock, Frances Cantu, Teodoro Garcia, Jr.; grandchildren, Richard Wilson (Dana), Brandon Wilson (Kameron), Kenneth Wilson (Rebecca), Meghan Moran (Myles), Nicholas Wilson (Hanna), Joey Scott Serrano, and Chrissy Jo Serrano-Millan (Marcus, Sr); 12 great-grandchild; 1 great-great granddaughter; and a special niece and caretaker, GZL Garcia Cantu.

She was a long time resident of Corpus Christi, and she enjoyed gardening, crafts, and she worked as a spanish instructor for several years,

Visitation will be on Monday, September 6, 2021, from 9 – 10 am at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Road, Pass Christian, MS.  The funeral service will be at 10 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Standard Sandhill Cemetery.
