Lucia Evaleen Brashears, age 83, resident of Kingston, TN, died, Thursday, August 30, 2007 in Oak Ridge, TN.
Mrs. Brashsears was born in Golden City, MO on December 4, 1923. She was of the Baptist Faith and had lived on the Gulf Coast for 50 years. She did lots of volunteer work for her family and friends. """"She was dearly loved and will be sadly missed.aÌ‚â‚
Mrs. Brashears was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Brashears. She is survived by her six children, Edward Brashears, of Kingston, TN, Allen Brashears of Long Beach, Chester Brashears of Gulfport, Jerry Brashears of Long Beach, Vina Gandy of Saucier, and Joan Perona of Kingston, TN; a brother, Edgar Stump of Springfield, MO; nineteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 5, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. Services will be Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 2:00 p.m in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Gulfport.
