Mrs. Roxie Louise Dupree, age 88, wife of the late Otis L. Dupree, died Thursday, May 31, 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Louise was a long-time resident of Biloxi before moving to Smyrna, GA. She was a member of the Eastern Star and a former member of Bay Vista Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband and also by her sister, Eloise Jones. Survivors include her two sons, Marvin A. """"Scrappy"""" Dupree of Independence, LA, and James E. """"Rick"""" Dupree of Smyrna, GA; two brothers, James Avera of Springhill, LA, and Walter Avera of Sarepta, LA; three grandchildren, Renee, David and Michelle; and four great-grandchildren, Tiffany, Stewart, James and Steve.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at the Biloxi National Cemetery. Arrangements by THE RIEMANN FAMILY'S Riemann Funeral Home, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi. Memorial contributions to one's favorite charity.
